Each one of my clients is unique, and that is exactly how I treat them.
Every individual has a particular set of needs, concerns, goals, and feelings that need to be respected. With this in mind, I aim to create a focused and personalized one-to-one mindfulness coaching experience.
Our relationship begins with a simple conversation. We’ll discuss you and your motivations for beginning or augmenting a mindfulness practice. From here, I will customize your foundational meditation course, which is usually eight to twelve weeks in length.
We’ll meet weekly, either in-person or remotely via video chat depending on your availability.
