Personalized Mindfulness Coaching for Individuals, Groups, and Companies
Why Personal Mindfulness Coaching?
One-to-one meditation coaching is a powerful way to experience mindfulness exercises, giving you a deeper and more profound experience than using a digital app. Apps are great for when you are getting started and can help in lots of situations, but a private mindfulness coach will help you achieve faster and more long-lasting results.
If you are new to mindfulness group meditation coach meditation, what you will experience in a one-to-one session is unlike anything you’ve experienced before. It is wonderfully relaxing and challenging at the same time. As your mindfulness coach, I will customize a practice plan for you.
First, I will teach you the basics of mindfulness meditation, such as breathing, proper posture, points of focus, and so on.
As your ability and capacity grow, we will work together to deepen your practice with more advanced mindfulness modalities. I will guide you throughout the practice, advising you on making corrections and bringing you back to the point of focus.
My goal is to help you develop an active mindfulness practice that you can do in your own home or office. During our one-to-one sessions, I’ll share specific mindfulness exercises that you can practice alone or with friends and family. These one-to-one mindfulness exercises will help you extend the experience and insights gained into your everyday life - where the benefits will be felt by you and those around you.

Mindfulness Meditation Programs for Businesses and Groups
As a group meditation coach in Boston, I’ve develop mindfulness programs for companies, sports teams, wellness providers, and community groups.
An experience they all share is the warmth and support they found when learning mindfulness meditation with a peer group that desires similar outcomes. Practitioners quickly find that the simple act of sitting together, breathing mindfully, or practicing listening intensely to another person is transformative.
Groups of all kinds face similar challenges, of which are conquered by building a mindfulness practice into the group culture:
Distractions and lack of focus – We can’t shut ourselves away in silence all day. The nature of group environments is they tend to be busy, noisy, and sometimes very distracting places. Coming to our center – the Hara – and breathing mindfully provides us with anchor points for those moments when we are feeling distracted.
Annoying team members – Learning how to listen mindfully to the worries and stresses of others without judgment can relieve your sense of annoyance. Often times, this leads to a sense of empathy and willingness to see their side of things.
Inadequate problem solving – We’ve all been there: the deadline is closing in, we haven’t figured out a way to solve the problem – and the team is counting on us. Stressing about it doesn’t help. Taking time to merely think about nothing, focus on nothing, and collect ourselves is often times the catalyst to recharge and solve problems effectively.
Burnout – Whether your teams are managing multiple projects with tight deadlines or completing highly demanding training routines, overload is a sure pathway to burnout. A team backed by a mindfulness mechanism that encourages openness to understand, empathy, and personal awareness developed through group meditation training have a much better chance of avoiding burnout than those who don’t.
We live in a goal-orientated world filled with the pressures and stresses that come from the constant drive towards productivity and achievement. This is true for senior executives, corporate teams, sports teams, and individuals of all kinds.
