Private Coaching
My approach is non-religious and based on experiential learning. I emphasize the practical benefits of regular meditation through customized sessions based on the unique needs of each client. Classes are 30, 60 and 90 minutes and focus on one or more of the following mindfulness modalities:
Mindful movement to unify body and mind
Sound vibration to relieve stress and anxiety
Focused sitting to improve clarity and decisiveness

Group Workshops
I also offer group classes for up to ten people. Like the one-to-one classes, these are customized based on your goals which may vary depending on the group. Business groups may want to improve employee health and wellbeing while sports teams may want to build teamwork.
