April 6, 2020: Post Meditation Email to Practitioners
It was great to meditate with you today! As you go through your day, become more conscious of your breath.
Are you breathing from your chest? If you are, take a moment to relax your shoulders and lower your breath into your belly. It may be helpful to repeat "Breathing in I know I am breathing in – Breathing out I know I am breathing out."
These simple things will help you become more mindful and better able to manage these troubling times.
