Simple words for difficult times. Come back to this practice throughout your day, bringing clarity to your life and sending good vibes out to a world in need.
The next 30-minute practice is tomorrow morning at 9:00 am New York time. Also, don't forget that we have our second, one-hour, online workshop on the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation this Saturday at 10:00 am New York time. Please invite friends and family who can benefit from starting a personal practice.
If you have been practicing mindfulness meditation and have questions, thoughts, or observations, please bring them to the workshop on Saturday, and we will share and discuss with the group.
